System requirements
Specees requires Adobe Illustrator (opens in a new tab) cc 2017 (v21) (cc 2021 v25 is recommended) or later installed. Both Mac and Windows system is supported.
Where to get Specees?
You can subscribe to Specees annual plan on our website (opens in a new tab) (trial version is also available) or on Adobe Exchange (opens in a new tab).
Installation
Depending on where you get Specees's subscription from, the installation will be as follows:
A. If you purchased the license or subscribed for the Trial version from our website:

Download Specess Login to our website. Go to your account page. Download Mac/Windows installer of Specees under “My subscription”

Install Specees with Mac/Windows installer Double-click the installer (.pkg / .eve) and follow the on-screen instructions to install.
For Mac users, do not select the install location other than the default one. -
Restart Adobe Illustrator and navigate to “Window” → “Extensions” → “Specees v1” to access Specees.
The first time you start Specees, you will need to enter a valid email, password and the subscription key.

B. If you purchased the license from Adobe Exchange:
Specees will be installed through the Creative Cloud App automatically. You can check whether it is installed in the Adobe Creative Cloud App by selecting “Stock & Marketplace” → Plugins → “Manage Plugins”. Click on "Install" if Specees is not installed yet. After installation, Restart Adobe Illustrator and go to “Window” → “Extensions” → “Specees” to access Specees.
